Our Imposter Stories

Passion Project with Bartle Bogle Hegarty

In Singapore's high-stress and competitive culture, constant upward comparisons contribute to Impostor Syndrome, leading individuals to experience self-doubt, a sense of fraudulence, and difficulty acknowledging their accomplishments.

The Issue:

Impostor Syndrome affects 74% of the working population in Singapore. Despite its prevalence, psychologists say it is a lonely experience.

The Insight:

Social media platforms are shifting focus from showing your ideal self to your authentic self, but LinkedIn isn’t following suit.

Our Strategy:

Get Linkedin users in Singapore with imposter syndrome to manage the frequent moments of self doubt that hold them back by validating moments of self doubt
